I visited the downtown library Saturday morning to attend a meeting put on by the Greensboro Neighborhood Congress. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the upcoming budget and to see a presentation by Interim City Manager Bob Morgan.

Morgan did a great job fielding questions and it seemed that everyone in attendance felt the meeting was worthwhile. During the discussion two items received a decent amount of discussion: sidewalks and the White Street Landfill – more to come on both subjects.
