I just read an article on the News & Record’s Web site titled, “Greensboro wants advice on how to be more green.” I for one think my idea to create an ordinance that requires recycling to be offered at all apartment complexes is a great place to start. Hopefully lots of other ideas will be shared at the meetings as well.
