Hey, it’s another exciting day for the campaign. I sent out the information below via email and press release early this morning.
“Two weeks ago today I announced that I would be running for the Greensboro City Council. What I didn’t announce was whether I’d be running At-Large or in District 2.
Greensboro is a great place to call home and when I am elected to the council I will make a conscious effort to be the voice of reason for all of its citizens. I also look forward to helping the council transition in to a group that is respected and known for its ability to make forward progress.
My community involvement has stretched citywide, but at the end of the day my heart always finds its way back to District 2. That being said, I’m happy to announce that I will be running for the District 2 seat on the Greensboro City Council. Not only do I look forward to representing the citizens of District 2, but I also look forward to challenging the council to always answer the question of, “How does this benefit the citizens of Greensboro?”
